I have tried numerous network routers and hubs over the years and the things I look for most are easy of use, stability and of course like most people, price. As you can tell by the picture the SOHO is not your typical looking router and looks rather futuristic with its clear plastic case.
The installation of the Soho was a snap. The included manual details every step and should be simple for even the newest of computers users. You simply attach the included cable between your cable/dsl modem (internet connection) and the WAN port on the Soho. Plug in the Soho using the included power adapter and now the unit is ready to be used. I am a cable user and the soho simply contacted my ISP and was able to obtain an IP address without a problem.
