Hot on the heels of the European update comes the new US patch for Iron Storm, likewise upgrading 4X Studio's recent first- and third-person shooter to version 1.03. As before, this release addresses a problem where "game will crash to desktop or freeze before or after full motion video sequences or randomly throughout the game."
Version 1.03 also includes the fixes made in version 1.02.
Problem:
The game will crash to desktop or freeze before or after full motion video sequences or randomly throughout the game.
Fix:
Download the following v1.03 patch to correct the problems. Please carefully follow the instructions below.
Instructions:
1. The file will automatically begin downloading. Select to save the file to your desktop.
2. When the download is complete, double-click the "IronStorm_v130USPatch" icon to install the patch. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the patch installation.
3. Launch the game.
