I've heard good things about Gigabyte, but I haven't been able to put their products on the dungeon workbench until now. While they've released a KT400A board, their loaded KT400 board is still a sight to see. Meet the GA-7VAXP Ultra, which includes pretty much everything but the kitchen sink. It's feature set is one that can put the likes of the Abit AT7 Max boards on the offensive...for significantly less.

I don't care wether you're an AMD fan or not, the level of integration is just delicious. It's a fairly large board, but I'd rather see a large motherboard than one crammed full with a poor layout. But, I'll get to that in a bit. Right now, I should list why you can drool over this board.
