The cast of the game will give you some idea of just how strange this title is. Your gang of four, known as the Lionhearts, comprises a cockney criminal called Roman, Jonesy the Scottish mole, who's a miner with small genitals, a robot named Q1-11 that was made self-aware by tea, and Roman's foster father Rexus - an alien-looking blind midget with supernatural abilities. Is that crazy enough for you?
The game is developed by Planet Moon Studios, the creators of the excellent PC title Giants: Kabuto. In similar vein to that game, the mainstay of Armed & Dangerous is blasting the hell out of any thing that moves.
The 21 story-driven missions are full of action, humour and, basically, strangeness. From cast and story to weapons and opponents, you'll be thrown into a bizarre world where, after all the puns and lunacy have been delivered, your bullets have to do the talking.
