Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast dedicated Linux server v1.04b

Raven Software sent along another updated dedicated Linux server for Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, their previous light-saber wielding 3D action game. Actually the server itself wasn't updated in this v1.04b release, but the distribution now includes the libcxa.so.1 library needed to run the dynamically linked executable of the v1.04a release.
