Battlefield Vietnam retail dedicated Linux server patch v1.0.6

There is a new patch for the regularly updated dedicated Linux server for Battlefield Vietnam, Digital Illusions' new 3D multiplayer action game. This version 1.0.6 release kicks off a more formal release numbering system and includes three additional configuration and gameplay fixes.
