How is the new season?
I watched season 1 and gods of the arena and enjoyed them both. I have not gotten to this new season?

It's different and pales only slightly to the first season, but still pretty good. If you're a fan of the first season, I would say give season 2 a try.

Nice, I enjoyed the first (despite all the man junk)
I was worried about the character replacement, but it's been so long I forgot what the original Spartacus looked like

That's tough to watch, even more so knowing his character in the show having all the power and him being so powerless against this.

I have no doubt that he would have gotten in movie roles after Spartacus had ended. Not to mention he seemed like a genuinely cool guy.
